My focus is to help individuals heal, become aware of their inner strengths, and to become more resilient. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing treatment. I’d love to help you on your journey developing coping tools, the opportunity to heal and to become more resilient. Together we can make a plan to get back control, release what no longer serves you, and work towards your personal goals, towards healing.

After more than 20 years I have developed a strong set of skills, and a versatile style. I find with compassion, humor, education, and respect combined with my clinical experience has made me very successful when helping people. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, parenting issues, grief and trauma. I am a certified EMDR therapist.
